UBT Online - New Customer Service Portal!

Effective June 14, 2010 UBT will be utilizing a new computer system. You will notice improved, easier-to-read invoices and new ways to place service calls, enter meter readings and order supplies online. In addition, you will have online access to account history, including meter readings and supply orders. We are confident that these changes will enhance your experience with UBT.

Online services can still be reached by visiting UBT Online and will have a new look as well as a new required login. Please be sure to pass this information along to anyone in your organization who is responsible for ordering supplies, placing service calls, or reporting meter readings.

If you have any problems or questions when placing a service call, entering a meter read or ordering supplies, please call us at 703.917.0100 and we will clear up the issue as soon as possible.
